Kim Le is the Founder of Little Big Fridge. Her job is primarily focused on organizing and handling LBF’s programs.

Newly Restauranteur by day, she enjoys connecting communities to build a better tomorrow for families through food. Her mission is to spread awareness and compassion for people facing food insecurity.

Sarah is originally from Northern Virginia and grew up with a lot of her family around her and in her family, food is their love language. Her family and friends would get together and talk about the highs and lows of their weeks, with food being the center of attention. There were financial struggles for her immigrant parents, but Sarah still remembers family dinners as an everyday occurrence. Her parents made it a point that everybody would need to sit together around the dinner table, because this was one of the rare times they could spend with Sarah and her sister during their work week.

Sarah joined Little Big Fridge from the beginning, the journey started when she and Kim went to pick up their first fridge in 2020. She has then involved herself with logistics and administration to help grow LBF's program in Denver, CO.

Social media strategist + start-up founder + managing partner of MVMT Creative, a women-owned social media agency in Denver, CO.

As a daughter of Mexican-American and immigrant parents, mutual aid and community involvement has been a constant throughout her life -- both on the giving and receiving ends.

Steffi joined Little Big Fridge in October 2020 and has helped with in many capacities, including lunch making + fridge cleaning + social media management.

Outside of Little Big Fridge, Steffi is a dedicated yogi and guide, volunteer with The Delores Project, roller skater, dog mom, newlywed, and full-time amateur chef.

Justice Behrmann is a conceptual artist and UX Designer. Justice recently moved to Denver and began mutual aid work, and as luck would have it, they connected with Little Big Fridge.

Justice designed and maintains the LBF website and scheduling system. They would love to hear any feedback you have! <3
